Our services to monitor and maintain the buffet (2 People) during dinner service, buffet cleanup. (If your Guest Count is under 100 guests there will be an additional $500.00 fee for these services if desired)

General Menu Notes All dishes are portioned so that your guests can enjoy full portions of all dishes meats & sides (no need to choose). Because of long cook and seasoning times it is verry difficult for us to make last minute additions please plan accordingly. All meals are cooked to order so we need to have a final guest count 10 days prior to your event to insure all your guests can be served.
