2026 Tasting Dates: January 11th, March 15th, June 7th, September 13th

2027 Tasting Dates January 10th, March 14th, June 6th, September 12th

We do catering only (No Storefront Restaurant) all our meals for events are cooked to order. We schedule 4 tasting dates a year, below is the information on our 2026 schedule.

The Tastings we do are for 6 people our tasting menu is: Beef Tri-Tip (Texas or Santa Maria Style), BBQ Chicken Thighs, Macaroni & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Nothing Fancy Green Salad, and Dinner Rolls & Butter. We will deliver this to your home or to a location of your choice for you to enjoy with your family and friends. We charge $140.00 + Tax for this service (if you have over 100 guests for your event) you will receive a $60.00 credit towards your date reservation fee upon booking. We need to have the tasting’s booked 10 days in advance of the tasting date. Get in on the next tasting we are have scheduled.

Deliveries will be between 3:00 – 6:00 PM.
